    I literally saw him throw a death station i just didnt see the name so i went in the room it was thrown from saw no one but him so i killed him and he says its rdm

    Ok so this is a very close one. Without knowing Nemo's POV tho, I'm going to be marking this one invalid.

    From what was seen there, there is nobody else who could have thrown the deathstation. The room had only one exit and the glass wasnt broken. The only counterargument I could see being plausible would be another T using a teleporter right after throwing the station. But since the teleporter makes you stand still when you use it, Nemo could have the 100% certainty that he would have seen them if they stopped moving. Without that point of view, there isnt enough here for a slay.

    Also making a report for 1 count of RDM isnt something we encourage. Lying in PM's wouldnt be against the rules. And his "begging you to report him" seems to be more of a way to get you off his back.

    Ok so I took another look at this, and barring an Admin overruling this, I'm gonna keep the conclusion I had before. The window was broken, but I'm not sure if he would have seen someone jump through the window with that timing. Since it is that close, and there is that reasonable doubt, I'm going to air on the side of caution and not slay Nemo.
