The image is a bit blurry, but it should be readable. You said, "Wasn't IDing an unidentified body", in case it's still difficult to read.

The extended rules state the following when it comes to unidentified bodies:

Specifically, take note of bullet 3. If a player is actively being sniped, or is in a position where they could take damage, you may not kill them for not identifying the body.

Take note of these deathscenes, which show you sniping Top 10 Anime Deaths. Then, Mulvihill stands on top of the body for a few (4-5 seconds) doing the cha-cha slide, making sure he's not going to be sniped before finally identifying the corpse of the person you killed. Note that he did not walk away from the unidentified body, only stood on top of it in order to make sure he wasn't going to be sniped (ie, able to stop the ID the body without taking damage). It's quite a common tactic I personally use to kill someone from across the map then kill the people who ID the body. The only thing Mulvihill saw and heard was a sniper being fired, and the person dropping dead in front of them. Also take note that before you fired your weapon, he did identify the body. I count a full second between Mulvihill identifying the body and you firing your weapon.

However, I only made assumptions, which is why I opened chat with you and Mulvihill. I then asked if there was a certain reason why he didn't immediately identify the body, to which he responded exactly as I assumed earlier.

You then asked if you were free to go. At the time, I was gathering second opinions to make a decision on whether or not to slay you. It had only been a couple rounds since the report being filed, so it's not as if you had been waiting for very long. You then told me it was not RDM, then left the game.

After speaking with an administrator to confirm my findings, I banned you for RDM and Leave (1st Offense). Because of the fact you acknowledged my DM to you to not leave, I will not be lifting this ban or reducing it.
