Reason For Report:

I was going to just bring the first situation up to Trashman's Admin in private, but then a lot more started to happen and I realized a lot of this could be taken into public account based on many different points of interest for the rest of the staff team to improve on, more or less.

First thing was on Richland, I was RDM'd by a player named, "O'Baglietto"

I reported him for the RDM due to the staircase trap. It was engaged, so I disengaged it so I could go up, and then as I go up, he decided to engage it and thus kill me. Here is what happened:

Fiz ended up handling the report and later on it was completed by Trashman and no slay was given to O'Baglietto. I was confused so I asked Trashman in chat about it a little after:



Didn't get a response so I waited about 2 rounds and messaged him the same question again:




Still no response, yet he was not afk, and seemed to not be dealing with anything at the time, per the "Traitors, please start traiting." warning.

I decided at this point I was going to message Trashman's Admin about the situation and how it was poorly handled. And then something else happened.

Trashman decided to gag someone who was dead, while Trashman himself was alive, unable to hear the person he ended up gagging.

The next round things started to get pretty toxic due to that incident. People were asking left and right why he made that decision. He ended up gagging more players after that and someone asked why he wouldn't ungag them and he responded with this comment:



I thought even though he was joking and everything, none the less, this is very unprofessional and sets some pretty low standards as a staff member.

At this point I thought this staff member was newly added to the staff team, but it turns out they've been the role of moderator for over 2 months. It's not good to see this lack of professionalism or these kinds of mistakes being made by someone with over 2 months of experience in their staff position.

I want this staff member to improve, and for their fellow staff members to follow-up on these points to avoid any of this being repeated in the future.​

Ok I'm alive here we go...
As far as the report goes yeah that was my fault had some other things going on couldn't get around to the death scene and the map changed so I treated it WvsW so I agree that was my fault
On to the gag Nigerian and The Good have lengthy history with abusing the n word and being trolls in our servers. The fact that I have people messaging me telling me he said it through his mic made me feel it was in the best interest of the server to gag him until I died which was very soon and he got karma banned in one round. I would not target a player in our community based on their history but I know Nigerian and his friend from previous games with him and I know how he acts. The chat was targeted at him as a joke be cause he kept spamming his mic at me asking why I won't play now because he joined. He was being a toxic player and encouraging other players to be toxic to me and others. I would like to add I acted on the information from a former mod and trusted player in the community that would not target a player

Hi, sorry for the delay in getting to this I was out with family..
any who, I've seen both sides of this report and will now give my verdict on the issues the player who rdmed "O'Baglietto" you will server one slay now that we have video evidence of the RDM which mightn't have been possible last night if The Trashman missed it due to the map change as mentioned

Now onto the second issue regarding the gag and the further comment which was said by The Trashman for the gag I understand that he was going on the word of a trusted ex staff member, He thought this was for the best but he now knows that this is not plausable because that premise could be abused! And finally I'd like to say that the comment that was said about why said player wasn't ungagged was unacceptable and Trash now knows this he and I have had a conversation about it and why it is how it is.
I want to say on behalf of myself and @The Trashman that this wont happen again. I will now lock this thread if you have any further issue feel free to message me here on the fourms or on discord
