Reason For Report:

so one of his friends had killed someone right outside the room I was in and saw it through the door I do have a 21:9 monitor so I can see a little more on the sides. so I walk in the room see him go down the ladder and double check the body to see if it was him. it was so I killed him. I was then slain for this because I'm guessing it was his friend because after I had answered the report the guy started to yell at me. I have a temper so I yelled back. then I had a report from a few rounds before that I clearly saw someone shoot someone else for what looked like no reason so I then proceeded to kill him. I then was slain for this as well so I got 3 slays and I got pretty mad I then went off on him in voice chat because he was obviously not doing his job. All he said was I was on the other side side of the map. this is where I knew he was doing something fishy cuz I was up the stairs from him. so yes I called him a fag** once or twice are started pretty much screaming at. I know I shouldn't have done that but this was ridiculous. after I yelled at him 2 guys started to harass me and I told him to tell them to stop with he did not.

I have over 200 hours on this server and really hope this server does not go down hill because corrupts mods like this make people leave. I'm not saying I'm in the right but LB definitely is not doing his job. And if he's going to act like that in my opinion does not deserve to be a mod.​

So here's the first report which you claim you saw Sheriffwmson shoot someone.

Here in the deathscene, we can see that you could not have seen Sheriff shoot this person as he was outside by the garden while you were staring in the corner.

In the video, you are very visibly standing in a spot where you could not have seen Kiwi kill

From what I see in this evidence, you couldn't have known about these kills which is why I added your slays.

 

umm that video shows what happened about 10 seconds before it happened soo that doesn't make sense cuz I was walking down the stairs when it happened... and how would I know ur friend killed someone if I didn't see them cuz I saw them kill him right through the door so that again doesn't make sense and u still let 2 people harass me without warning them or taking any action.

If I may say something and idk of this would help but you also harrased my Lord and Savior mod @LBPotatoes by saying he was a faggot and shit like that so just putting that part in there

Alrighty, sorry that this took so long. I had to wait for Potatoes to upload his staffing session and watch it myself.

I'm gonna start this off by saying that the two slays were entirely justified, and I'm gonna start with the second report because that one is easier. You claim in your response that the person you killed had "killed someone right in front of you," which the deathscene completely disproves, as you are on the other side of the building when the kill happens. This was your second offense of rdm, and Potatoes added 2 slays appropriately.

Now for the first report, I was initially going to give the same response above, as you were staring at a wall when the kill happened, but I had noticed in the video you watched that you claimed you could see him through the door, so I had to check for myself if something like that was possible. I doubted it was, but I had to check for myself. So, I present to you a fancy video staring myself and my co-star, Husky, showing that you in no way saw the person from the door. I also showed the corner as well just in case.



So as you can see in the video, you cannot see a person's name from behind the glass, nor can you even see a person back there once they're about 5 feet into the nook. The only educated guess I could make for what happened here, is that you maybe saw the person up there earlier, and you killing them for this would still be considered RDM as you were nowhere close to witness the act itself, thus killing him off of suspicion.

So with that wrapped up, I'll now move on to the harassment claim. Yes, you did in fact have two people that were mocking you while you were raging at my moderator, and you asked Potatoes to do something about it, albeit in not the best way. However, they did stop shortly afterwards, and they left you alone for the rest of the session. Potatoes didn't give them a warning for it, so I will talk to him about being able to handle harassment better than how he handled it this time.

I would like finish this report by talking about your behavior during your time spent on the server. Because you felt that you were wrongly slayed you: cussed out the person that reported you, called a person, and I quote, a "fucking autistic rat," and you also called my moderator a faggot in the short span of time you were on our servers. Honestly, you should have been warned and even probably kicked for harassment yourself (I will be telling this to Potatoes as well). The way you presented yourself on the servers during that time was absolutely deplorable. This is a video game, dude. We're all here to have fun, and I urge you to fix your attitude on our servers, and that you do it quickly.
