Why you should be unbanned:

I was calling a kos on someone who was not even on their computer at the time and was killed because "It's still false KOS" which sounds like bullshit. The moderator who banned me was DexRusky.​

Evidence of Innocence:

The person i was calling a KOS on was Rob the Sasquatch who is my friend and we both have binds calling kos on each other. at the time rob was at the gym and i was online. I do not think I should be punished for this. I also asked Smusha, an admin to tell me if i should be punished and he claimed that i should not be punished for it.

You to Smusha: he said it still counts as a false kos and gave no other reason
Smusha to You: If you kos someone who is not on the server or playing then nothing should happen to you
Smusha to You: Well, it's not a a false kos
Smusha to You: It's like saying "kos this wall"​

Hey there Volpe! After a brief discussion with other staff members, it has become evident that I was in the wrong here. I naturally assumed that since you were kosing someone that wasn't on the server, I took it as a false kos since, well, he wasn't on the server.
