Has history of toxicity and I believe I just saw him loophole RDM for a jihad. Meme had just tested right in front of him.​

Had no clue memelord was the one in the tester as I hadn't seen him enter nor leave. He was holding a jihad which is indeed a traitorous act so I shot him for doing so. Also I gave him a chance to drop the T weapon rather than shooting him instantly to be polite but he didn't but instead holstered it.

 

^ Sounds like loopholing because he wanted the jihad for himself, but I mean... 乁( ⁰͡ Ĺ̯ ⁰͡ ) ㄏ

 

Did you see me use the jihad at all during the round? No.
I don't even use a jihad as a T as it typically leads to the death of a t buddy or two if they don't hear the warn, let alone as an inno/det that can kill the innos.

 

Alright, so I'll be handling the verdict for this one.

From what I've seen from the video, the only thing that makes Memelord innocent is by the tester. Humancowcakes may or may not have witnessed him test despite being relatively close to the tester. The reason in which the victim was killed was due to him possessing a Jihad Bomb, which is a traitor-only weapon - giving Humancowcakes a reason to kill Memelord.

This however is NOT loopholing. Again, due to the fact that Humancowcakes may or may not have seen him test. He didn't even acknowledge the victim as proven, so this was a perfectly valid kill due to the traitorous act that the player has committed.
