Reason for Report:

I am reporting Hyper since I think my slay was false. I fell down the shaft to the secret room on this map, but I did not see Lucy at the bottom of it. Since she was on very low health, when I landed on her, it resulted in killing her. I do not think this is worth a slay since it was a misunderstanding and a goomba stomp. Apparently, Hyper got the message from Lucy that she did not want me slain, after I was slain. I think that Hyper should have waited and asked Lucy is she wanted me slain instead of slaying me just for doing that.​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

My witnesses are 'Lucy (Sparkyy)' and '[S.A.L.A.D] Loan Spank'. Evidence would be in the logs that Lucy got killed by a 'Prop' (Me) and you can also ask Hyper about the situation.​

As I said in shoutbox, this case would be one in my fault. I made the mistake to not check chat before I slayed you and I overlooked Lucy's message to me.
I will leave this up to my admin, @Han Solo, but I have gone ahead and slayed myself in advance for the screenshot.
I'm sorry for any misconceptions or problems that this may have caused.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. While goombastomps are slayable - even if they're a misunderstanding- they are one of the few cases of RDM that the victim can choose to forgive; thus, Lucy had the right to forgive you. Hyper has stated that he simply missed the message, but an accidental oversight does not change the fact that this wouldn't be a valid slay. I've already had a talk with Hyper, and he's also slain himself because of the slay he placed on you. This wasn't intentional at all, so I would urge you to not think poorly of Hyper because of it. If you have any questions, I'll gladly receive them on steam or here.
