Best Experiences on the Servers

Hey guys!

Recently I have gotten really into the game and Community of Serious Gmod, and I have had some amazing experiences already!

I was just wondering if anyone had some awesome ingame stories to share, or even good experiences they've had with the community or the staff.

I have one of each.
First one is pretty broad and is a story from the community.
As I have been getting more involved, I have been reading the rules and trying to get them on lock, but whenever I've had a question that needs answering both staff and regular members alike have been extremely helpful and this is one of the many reasons I love these servers and this community.

Second, an ingame experience that I had.
It was pretty late at night (Est time) and everyone was pretty into the game. It was on East1 and there was only about 14 players on at the time. It was on the map Highway_47 I think it's called. We were all in the underground area where all the action happens. With the T room, Tester, and Detective room all clumped up. I had been allowed in the Detective room after being tested and at this time 2 players were confirmed dead (both inno). All of a sudden everything went crazy, with the players in the main area starting to fire out of the blue and people dying left and right. Someone popped a smoke grenade and it was impossible to see anything. Me and the Detective put on our game faces and rushed out into the main room through the smoke. When we got into the open there were 3 dead bodies (1 T). But there were gunshots coming from down the hall. I walked in front of the detective and this is when I noted the game being awesome. It was one of the most immersive moments I've had and I loved it. The players were screaming over the mics and it felt like me and the detective were two soldiers storming and basement.

Anyway, in the end we won. I had been killed by headshot from god knows where. But my detective friend lived on!

Good to know if you ever reapply

 

You mean you used the loop-hole to slay more? Or avoid getting slain. Because I don't think abusing your Moderator position is a good thing.

When I became an advisor

 

Is advisor a staff position only on the website? Or is it a position in game as well?

Any time I ever get to play with @Pandora, me and her have the best moments whilst playing since we always go against each other. Literally like every time can be a absolute joy, from when we were both regulars, to when she was a mod initially, and even now while we're both part of the staff team. Vanilla brings a lot of good memories in general too as well.

 

Vanilla was a very memorable part of my time in the STTT community. I recall first meeting @MaulTPiss and @Robokiller87 and we had funny and stupid conversations. I used to also be very immature and had gone with a certain online persona name (you guys know what I'm talking about). And I think I had the most enjoyable time just being myself and hanging around with the fellow vanillians. It might come across as cliche, but honestly, all of that time I've spent being myself is what made me find this community so enjoyable and I still do enjoy it

 

When I played on Vanilla as a moderator for the first time. Chaos and lots of laughter, together make a really fun memory.

I find the most satisfying kind of joy in every fellow staff member that I lovingly stab.

Special Shoutout to the rap battle on 67th way with @POPSTAR @tollybear and I, sometime last year.

 

Anxiously waiting for Highwon to get online when @Slicck told me he'd be promoting me as his admin. I felt like a kid on Christmas Eve, even though I tried to act as cool as possible when in front of him.

When I was banning someone and they threatened to report me to the "Owner" of the server as they knew him personally and would get me banned.

 

When some inno was talking trash to me as a T saying my name sucked and he hated how I played, I sniped him in the head immediately silencing him. Nobody said a word after that.
