    Reason For Report:
I was in the Bedroom on train and my T buddy walked in and killed the detective while I was trying to pick up a table in the room. Ravin came in and killed me saying it was the common sense rule because it was a one way path (I have never heard of that rule). That was the reason why he killed me when I took no part or didn't witness the killing, nor did I even shoot that round at all.
    Evidence And/Or Witnesses:
Ask Raven, he is moderator so I trust he will speak truthfully.

Hello MVP. Thank you for taking time to file this report against me.

As expressed in game and on the report you filed against me. The Detective died in a one way room after calling a T out, I gave it a couple of seconds to see who ID'd it and did not leave the room. As this room on Terror Train only has one way out and a bathroom, I was able to conclude with 100% Certainty that you had witnessed the Traitor kill the Detective and ID'd the body. I came into the room and killed you, then killed the person DrkSephy had KoS'd.

I explained to you in PM's that Common Sense was what I followed here. If this room had multiple exits and hallways, I would have slain myself. However, I could safely with 100% accuracy conclude you had witnessed what had happened but took no action against the player that killed DrkSephy.

You can see in my report a picture of the hallway, I was gunned down shortly after this by a fellow T friend of yours and my body burned. I apologize if your T friend shooting caused me to activity listen, wait outside the door, and catch you both; but I never intended any foul play.

I will go ahead and tag a witness @DrkSephy as she was the one who was the Detective killed and witness to the whole thing.

Once again, I apologize for any confusion or mishap on my end. But I did explain to you that I had the grounds to kill you under this rule, and kill DatOneGuy for being KoS'd by DrkSephy.

Thank you once again for your time.

    Hey Mvpgman1425,

Thank you for taking the time to report my Moderator, Ravin. I understand very well that these situations can be confusing, particularly if you are unaware of certain rules.

As presented by Ravin you can see that in our Extended Rules we have a section dedicated to 'Common Sense'. This rule, in summary, implies that you can still kill a player for a Traitorous Act; despite not witnessing it, on the grounds that you have 100% certainty that they have committed a Traitorous Act.

Given by yours and others' statements, this incident took place in the bedroom that is positioned at the far end of one side of the train. This room itself only has one possible exit; through the door that leads to the hallway.

Whilst Ravin did not witness you; nor your Traitor Buddy, shoot, he knew with complete certainty that you had both commited Traitorous Acts. This is because he was outside the room during the death of the Detective. He would have heard the gunfire and death, causing him to approach and investigate the situation further.

Because the incident had just occured Ravin knew the person who killed the Detectice was still in the room; given both the time and the fact no one had come out of the room. As such, when he entered the room and saw yourself and your Traitor Buddy, he had full right to shoot and kill you. This is because whilst he did not witness either of you kill the Detective, he knew with certainty it had to be either of you. Now whilst you may not have shot at all, you at least let your Tratior Buddy kill the Detective and did nothing to stop them. This is also a Traitorous Act, and is why you were killed.

Given all of this, I have found the report against Ravin to be Invalid. This situation appears to be an accurate use of Common Sense.
