there shoukd be a thing were if you win as a t you win a 100 point or if you win as a ino/dective you get 150 or whatever becuase i think that can reward player to work together to get those points instead of rdming teamates

Here's the problem with your scenario. You would basically have 2 options to choose from with this: Higher point reward - People start raking in points and accumulate too many, becomes unbalanced Lower point reward - Doesn't affect anyones playstyle because it's too little of a reward for it to matter to them And I highly doubt this would provide any RDM mitigation. -1
The closest thing you'll get to this concept is a suggestion. Seriously though, just donate and get discounts or point farm for what you want.
