It's not even an SGM name but just base TTT in general. Last I checked there isn't anything that defines what "H.U.G.E" stands for and it's basically assumed to be made up by Bad King Urgrain himself. Nothing really points to it in CS either. So really best to assume no one knows (unless someone has a legitimate confirmed one from Bad King himself)
