I want those charms that originally went on the christmas skins but got removed because they would be added later. Xerp made me a skin with a dangling duck and I like giving it a concussion by swooping my gun.

Maybe the anniversary knife skin could be the skin I suggested back in November so that @Highwon can accomplish 2 things at once. Maybe call the knife the "Strange Blue"

Also, maybe an item in the pointshop or context menu that is a helmet, and reduces headshot damage if equipped.

Idk if this has been done / suggested before but what about a weapon skin and you have to get a certain number of kills with that gun to unlock the skin.

Few day long event where you will be able to participate in minigames from previous years (Halloween boss fight) and get skins from other events.

No... Skins are cool because they show that you played for (x) amount of years and rereleasing them would devalue them way too much. If you want a skin use the steamworkshop.
