I was super excited when you became a mod, and I tried so hard to get you to admin. I almost died the day you got lead admin, I was so fucking proud. I am not any less proud of you today than I was then. It takes a village, and when the banker, the baker, the mayor and the jailor are not putting their paddles in the water and getting this motherfucker down the river than it can be hard for them to move. The biggest issue I had with being an admin was that everyone was afraid to act, no one wanted to step up and just say it like it was. People like wink were ready to do the dirty work, but poor upper management made things super complicated. Anyways you're German so...

You are one of the few staff member resignations that has truly made me sad. You always were level-headed and managed to be fair to everyone and never seemed condescending. This community is worse off without you.

 

I'm really damn proud of you, friend. Really, really proud. And I couldn't have asked for someone better to hand the keys to before I left. And look what happened now...

It's been an honor and a pleasure, and I'm sure it'll continue to be so for quite a while.

Mellow. Thank you for everything you have done to help out. Sometimes, we agree on some things. Other times, not so much. However, I respect you because I can work with you and set aside our differences to work towards a common goal. Even without being involved with staff-related stuff, you're still a great friends. While I didn't agree with a certain decision you made, that doesn't mean I didn't think you were a cool guy and an even cooler lead. I really enjoyed that talk we had where we got to know each other better. You're a pretty down-to-earth guy and that's what makes you such a good lead. I really don't know what else to say so I'll just give you this dank meme for the road.
