you have no idea how badly I want this map back in my life I'd say +1 but literally every single exploit needs to be fixed before we even reconsider this map. It used to be a nightmare to Moderate on. Also, as Robo said, the TNT was kinda already fine as it was. Plus I believe @Chai said he has some fixes of his own in the works I still support it's return though.
+1. Seriouscraft gives me fps drops, and I want to know what they were thinking when they added mcdolls and mcmotel. "Let's take 2 of the most obnoxiously overplayed maps on our other server and convert them into minecraft to be placed onto the vanilla servers instead of finding original maps!"
As much as I agree with you that we need more original minecraft maps. I'm immensely grateful that we have creators' (such as Skyrossm and Sage) who burnt their hours and efforts creating contents for everyone voluntarily. So please, be appreciative.
I dont want to burst your bubble, but the main problem with jondome was it was so popular and everyone wanted to play on it (whether it was to exploit sentance or enjoy a well-made layout) Obviously with it being picked often this was a problem due to the high exploits, but the creator mentioned a lot of exploits fixed and in an earlier update the diamond sword doesn't kill
It's not that I don't appreciate their work, it's just that those 2 maps in particular are played all the time on the other servers and I hop on vanilla when I tire of dolls and motel every other map change. Of course what I say won't change anything. It's just a peeve. But I swear to god, the day someone makes mc_67thway is the day I die.
The only reason really barring Jondome from reentering the cycle are the exploits and the sword this is widely known other than that there's no reason to exclude it as it was clearly a favorite among regulars of vanilla. Seeing as the fixes weren't done yet, -1.
Sword doesn't kill Alot if not all out of map exploits were fixed As I said, Judgement still exists, but thats manageable
If anything, I'd love to see this map re-added. It was one of my favorites, and I'm sure many other people would agree. The layout was simple and clean, with the exception of the two glass rooms, those are stupid in my opinion. If the tower and beacon are still a thing in the maps current state, I'd gladly welcome the map back into the rotation. Even if they aren't, I would still want the map to be re-added. However, if the exploits and diamond sword are a thing, I'd give a generous +0.5, as those really were annoying (breaking the tester was plenty fun for me, however).
