It wasn't made clear in the OP and I am ensuring my +1 is attributed to the right thing.

 

Python, I think it was brought up because someone mentioned it functioning like the ban list, which is public.

I never knew people could not see their own warnings.

That's just silly.
They are your warnings, you should be able to see the warnings that are on you.

 

We're looking into this. Unfortunately XenForo doesn't provide any way to do it natively, so we're looking into some addons.

people are going to be toxic regardless if they know the end of their warning or not, same goes with just a list
