Using the Iron Sight when aiming

Here's my suggestion. In most guns, when you aim, you don't use the iron sight or scope properly ( excluding snipers ) instead you go above of the iron sight.
Examples:
M16- Has a scope, but can't be used, you simply lean above it
PDW- Has a Holographic Sight but can't be used, you lean above it.
So what I'm trying to suggest is to use the iron sights, scope, etc. instead of just leaning above it. thanks for reading and don't be shy to post your opinions below.

Hit f1, go to settings, then uncheck "Lower weapon when using ironsights".

This will let you use ironsights and the scope on the M16.
