TTT Fun Rounds Betting

Hey,
This suggestion is for TTT servers (not sure if anything like this exists in deathrun):
I've noticed that when fun rounds like OITC, HS WARS, POON WARS, and TDM lots of people that already dead spectating tend to start betting in chat and voice chat, i think thats a bit stupid without the actual system saving those bets cause there are always those guys who say they bet and then not actually pay.
So, I think there should be implemented a betting system, i saw that a long time ago on a server and i know it already exists.
