    Causes victim to shoot randomly then die from a heart attack

    1 ammo traitor only.

    You might as well have suggested the poison dart gun instead, we already have malfunction, poison dart is good for slowly killing people

    Perhaps this suggestion would be better as an expensive upgrade to the current malfunction pistol. When enabled it would limit your shots to one, perhaps extended malfunction time, and then the heart attack. Just my thoughts.
