This is a short animated movie about our current consumerist society. The fat man represents the average ameri- a couch potato that completely relies on end-user products for his life being, and him picking up processed foods from the toilet bowl like sausage and fried chicken represents the toxicity of these widely known products thanks to the effect of profit-targeted capitalism. Hell, he is even on a "hoverboard" because he is such a consumerist that money gets him everything he needs, even walking. He shoves the thing (idk what that is, really) into his nose and goes outside to feed his greed for attention. He shares the said toxic products with his peers (the man waved at him so they must know eachother) to spread this greed. Then, he takes a huge crap (which contains ready-to-eat products, eww) in the fridge to explain that processed goods are as toxic as shit. Finally, he pulls out the consumerist catchphrase "Live, Laugh, Love". This phrase stands for how the average consumer should be. Consume, pretend, obsess over the product. Then eventually, die. This is what this cartoon is. It's not "cancer".
Well I'm glad I wasn't the only one who did think of that. Also he stuffed a pickle or cucumber in his noise idfk
