What is the point of being able to tag administrator and moderator on the discord?

 

To call attention to issues, ask genuine questions that people don't already know the answer to

 

Sometimes folks use it to tell staff their g-mod crashed so they aren't banned for RDM and leave, or grab staff's attention when the server is hectic and something like a bad spray needs to be addressed.
