Rejected T Checker Gun

Simple idea: A gun that the Detective can buy that tells him if someone's innocent or not.

How it works: Dectecive Shoots Person with Gun.

Gun has to proscess the Data for a solid 4 Seconds before it delivers verdict.

Gun Tells Detective if the person they shot is a T or Inno.

Can only be purchased once and has a maximum of 2 uses.

Deals no Damage.

Misses do not count toward the uses. So it would have a normal ammo capacity, but once it's told you the innocents or not so innocenence of 2 persons then it simply stops working.

Useful for maps that lack T Testers.

Also try to think of the hit reg of source. Wouldn't work out too well.

 

This seems similar to the golden deagle, but without the punishment if you are wrong, which i think is unfair and too over powered.

I would also hate to go against this as a traitor, because 1 random shot from a detective, and moments later you get killed for doing nothing, I dont think that is fair atall.

For these reasons, this has to recieve a -1 from me.

I do want to say that I have seen this on some servers and it worked in a sense. I will only +1 if the gun shoots in a cone or you have to get really close to shoot the player, has one shot, miss counts as a shot, only can buy once (can't buy multiple).

-1 We allready have an issue with too many players arguing if a Detective has Dna even though the bannar says "They had your DNA" This will aggitate more players then it will help.

 

-1 Because thats too over powered, also what i think would be better is a detective weapon that spawns a testing station as a solution to your problem with maps not having testers.

I think it would just piss off the T's that try to be stealthy and cant be because they get shot with this. -1

 

There's a game on steam called Deceit, it's a 6 player game of TTT(with 4 innos and 2 infected), there's an infection scanner and basically it's either really useless because you find out someone's an inno on floor 1, or makes the infected ragequit because they get found out on floor 1. Either way it's not fun. This weapon is the same thing, literally zero fun for the traitors.

Only thing about this that would please me, and make me give it positive feedback would be, if only you'd be able to purchase the T weapon after overtime. Giving the Traitors more time to lessen the amount of innocents and more of a chance to sabotage the detective attempting to scan certain players.
