Answered Spray Image Legality on TTT

Discussion in 'Questions & Answers' started by Alicia Rue, Mar 18, 2020.

  1. Hey there,

I have been told many different things so I would like to put this straight.

I have been told by mods and admins that as long as the image does not contain nipples and private genitals, the image is a valid spray. This includes suggestive images, cropped images, etc.

However, another mod has told me that suggestive images is not ok and needs to be taken down. This includes suggestive and cropped images.

I also understand that bodily fluids like urine or semen are prohibited, that I understand and it makes sense.

I understand that in the end, it is up to the moderator's discretion, but what is the main guideline to follow when selecting images to use online? What is the bare minimum that is alright to use that won't get me banned?

(The point of this is to create clarity so I don't get banned because I was mislead, like I have been in the past. I'm not tryna start drama, hence no callouts.)

When it comes to sprays we do not allow there is Porn, Gore, or otherwise Disturbing content.

Porn: Genitalia and nipples. Assholes, cameltoes, mounds.
Gore: Blood, exposed flesh or organs.
Disturbing Content: Scat, sexual fluids, urine, images that are intended to induce disgust or pain.

Then we get into borderline areas. Images that are crudely cropped that would otherwise be offending content.

I personally have been consulted by many, many staff members because you are asking them if this spray, or that spray, is okay for you to use. I always tell them to tell you the same thing.

If you need to ask if a spray is allowed, just don't use it.

There is no need for you to find this bare minimum. Stop chasing it.

  3. So when I use a spray that follows the set guidelines but may considered borderline, am I going to get warnings if a mod doesn't like the spray, or can they straight up ban me?

If you're following the rules you shouldn't worry about warnings or bans. Moderators generally ask for second opinions (usually from an administrator) when it comes to borderline spray. We don't ban people because 'we don't like their spray.'

  5. Sounds good, thank you!
