I've noticed this for quite some time, why do snipers sometimes deal super low dmg? Like a body shot should deal 50, but then I hit the shot and it deals 19?
Armor I believe , unless your using the winchester , which looks like one , but doesn't function like one (shotgun)
Body armor and it depends on what part of the hitbox skeleton your shot hits. Arm and leg shots do less damage. I dont know the exact damage modifiers for the hitboxes, but that seems like a limb shot
Also some snipers are kinda inaccurate , so your shot may have hit a limb while you were aiming for the chest
