Why does the ban list show all people who have been perma banned publicly.

(((kinda hinting at the ability for any forum user to contact someone and get child pornography)))

 

To send a message probably. Also, if you contact people for CP on your own time than all the consequences fall on you not us. Remember that it is a crime to have that material.
