serious gmod problem

yeah i did
i clear the download cache but when i i want to play gmod the download starts :| otherwise no its ok and its not downloading

 

i have removed all my addons :|
and the unlimited download is STILL GOING ON WTF !!!

i have uninstalled the game and installed it again but no answer

is this the end of my gmod playing ?

 

unsubscribe from all your addons.

 

Delete steam and re install

daniel, when i had to manually remove all my addons I had to switch back from looking at what addons I had and searching them up on steam. Its a shit process but i hope you figure it out.
If i think of anything that could help, I'll let you know

i once fixed this shitty problem by opening gmod and let it redownlado EVERYTHING :| but this time first i go with the same method but when i was checking console it was showing that all of them were timed out ! 0 B speed !!! i have 56 kb speed but i dont know whats the problem with downloading !!!!

and btw !! i have REMOVED ALL my addons !!! and after that i unsubscribed all of em and re subscribe them but they dont download :| !!!!!! wtf is with this thing ! (how to update steam ?)

 

try verifying your gmod files. right click, then properties
