serious gmod problem

hello people how is it going ?
i have a serious problem with my gmod in past month
in the last month my windows crashed and i should install a new one (this windows that iam using and its still win 8) i have been in deep hot water with this gmod thing :| when i luanched steam and recovered my library gmod starts downloading workshop stuff for unlimited and unknown time for and unlimited/unknown time i let it download for 3 days ! but it was still downloading (the blue lins doesnt appear there is only a flat green line going )

i dunno whats the resson but in privious times it got fixed by it own or somethin that i totally dont know .
so today i launched gmod and open the develope console system to understand what is going on ?!! and i see this i cant understand what are these but when i was checking some of the red lines i remmber i have deleted them(unsibscribed)

Okay first of all have you tried this solution? https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3134-TIAL-4638 It kinda resets everything in the whole downloading area and idk if it'll help but doesn't hurt to try.

 

i did it in past but nothing happen it came back again :|

i have noticed something very strange that some of those addon are unsubscribed there are still in my addon folder and some of them (less than 25%) are subscribed :|
can this thing be the problem ?

 

how can i find the download from the servers ? is there and espesefic folder for them ?

 

the stuff are removed BUT :| it is still going on :| wtf man ? :|

 

Man I wish I could help more but all I can think of atm is reinstall the whole game.

and istalled steam and browsed my library and this thing happend

So don't just uninstall. Like literrally delete all gmod files on your pc. (i suggest you save the files somewhere else just incase you need them) then "uninstall" and completely download it again. Worked for me when i had some kind of a problem

 

my idea is to backup gmod and put addons somewhere else delet if from control pannel and go to steam lbiarary and delet gmod folder adfter that restore gmod and put the mods back and test wish me luck .

 

that is a really serious gmod problem

 

delete gmod folder on ur pc
reinstall it works everytime.

 

did the uninstall thing and FAILED !!!!!
any more ideas ??
