I am apart of this report. I tagged staff many times and provided evidence since I seemed to have been the only one who had some. This is not breaking the rule since staff are aware that I am replying here and giving my side since I am allowed to do so. "Lolk"

Since an argument seemed to has sprung out of my comment, allow me to clarify I wasn't speaking of this report (although I am pretty sure some of it could be considered back-seat moderating) I was just informing him that he does it consistently in the shout-box from what I noticed.

Regardless of everything, @Event Horizon said that @Senpai Vesper Heartfilia will be unbanned tomorrow. The verdict on this appeal has been given.

 

Appeal locked. You broke a rule, I warned you, then you continued. it's only a shoutbox ban for ~12 hours. Husky can reply because he is a witness.
