I was going home from a 3 hour trip when i see a mattress fly from a guys truck. he had 2 and none of them were tied down. so the mattress flies out and hits a wawa gas trucks windshield and the windshield breaks and glass falls everywhere and this was horrible i could i have died cuz i was behinde that truck and it flew to the gas truck. also the guy was fine he pulled over it was good but i was so sad that that could have happened to me
If he was fine why was it sad that it could've happened to you Also sounds like the guy with the mattresses was an idiot if there was nothing to hold them down. Not sure how that would even work; they'd fall off because he got out of his driveway
And when you got home THE MATTRESS WAS IN THE HOUSE!! But memes aside, that's scary as fuck. That's the kind of thing that pisses me off when people half-ass transporting things. That shit can kill.
My mom always tells me to never drive behind trucks with stuff in the back where they can easily fall out.

Glad you're okay. You have to understand, that short of a nuclear blast people here don't find stories like yours interesting and will break them down and put each piece under a microscope to find issues to complain about. Many other things could have happened that didn't.
