    We're getting discord soon, which will replace shoutbox. In discord you can rate messages, so there's no point in us putting any effort into this.

    EDIT: Lemme clarify a bit as to what I meant since I worded it incorrectly. Shoutbox won't be replaced by Discord- it's going to be integrated with discord by OpalBot. So for now I'll be neutral on this.
