Alright, so I gave you a warning for another spray you posted before that one.
It was very borderline. Not too bad in my book, but definitely inappropriate.
After asking some of the other staff what they think about it, I decided to just remove the spray and asked you not to use it again.
You then changed your spray so I didn't take any further action.

When you posted the 2nd Spray, @Kearnzy decided to ban you since you had already been warned before. He will take it from here.

Don't feel discouraged if you had the intention to apply as a staff member.
Some of us have bans on their record aswell.

Hey guys, so... the first spray I thought was enough for a ban, but as Teroxa handled it and gave you a warning I did not take action.

The second spray I felt to just be quite racist and it contained a swastika as well as other stereotypes on various countries.

I think you're very aware of the content that you're spraying and I also believe that you were trying to get a reaction from players and staff.

Personally I don't think your ban should be lifted, but since this is your first offense, I will tag my admin @Rhienor to see what he thinks and I'll leave the sprays below.

Okay, so as my admin is busy I'll take matters into my own hands.

Since it's your first offense and you're a regular on our servers I'm going to cut the ban time in half for you, please be more cautious with your sprays to avoid this in the future.
