Rework the RTP System

    So I'm all for putting a cooldown on rtping, the thing is, the past 24 times (Yes I've counted how many times), i've either rtped inside a Taiga Biome, or a Jungle Biome. And the once-in-a-long-while rtp into a completely different biome, yet you take a few steps and BAM! Taiga or Jungle up ahead.

    Either I'm RIDICULOUSLY EXTREMELY unlucky (however you see it) with the rtp system, or we have to be put in, or in the vacinity of a Taiga/Jungle Biome.

    If I rtp, I almost always end up in a tree in the jungle.

    You know you can get out of most any biome after walking a maximum of 2 minutes in any direction, right?

    That doesnt mean that its not annoying to always rtp to the same biome. I have rtpd to the SAME EXACT LOCATION (with checked coordinates) 3 times, so it cant be random. It has to follow a parameter, and if so, its got a problem.
