Accepted Reports of Players and or Staff template change suggestion.

I honestly believe that your guy's way of reporting players (or staff) to me seems like it lacks information, so my suggestion is that we possible change the format to something else.

Reports on players template suggestion:

Steam ID:

Reason:

Time & Date:

Proof:

Additional information:

Reports on Staff template suggestion:

Player Name:

Staff Member Name:

Date and Time of Incident:

Description of the incident:

Witnesses to the incident:

Did you address your concerns with the staff member in question? Y/N:

Steam ID: We already have access to that.

Reason: Falls into [Reason For Report: (What did he/she do?)]

Time & Date: Should fall into the reason, when the player explains what happened. Example: On 1/1/0001 at approximately 2 AM ComPeter RDM everyone...

Proof: Falls into [Evidence And/Or Witnesses: (Screenshots/Video Recordings/Players That Witnessed The Event)]

Additional information: Redundant, like to keep the formats concise.
