Well, To start off, Kids in game were having an obscene conversation about gore, loving death, etc just satire. Well I decided to make a joke as well and Type this Exactly in chat

What I wasnt aware of was adding .com to the end of meant that I was linking the gore site, which in no way was my intention. I was only referencing it, making a joke, I wasnt promoting it, advertising it or linking it because if I wanted too I could've copy and pasted the whole link. Regardless, I realize my error and for that I am sorry but I was also very unaware that that would break the rule since it wasn't a full link anyways. I wasn't givin a warning or nothing. I feel Yuuki was targeting me beforehand because I was jokingly messing with her early a previous round. I feel this was taken WAAY out of context, and that its very petty and Yuuki knows that I just think she doesn't want to repeal out of ego/spite. 14 days is a long time for a simple error that was none other than a miscommunication or a simple mistake if you will. If I had said <removed> on the mic instead of typing it, I can almost garuntee nothing would have been done, which is very biased. I dont want anything other than to be unbanned for this very petty mistake. I explained all of this to Yuuki in the appeal section and I was instantly thrown out and denied like trash without consideration. I think its stupid I've had to take it this far but I love the servers and would like to get back to enjoying my favorite TTT Server. All I ask is that I get a second review and a different Staff member review and assess my situation other than Yuuki herself.​

@Yuuki will address the report in a moment. You were asked several times not to link these websites in your report- it goes for this one as well. This is the final warning in regards to those. Please do not post links to pornographic/porn websites on SGM.

 

Not being aware of the rules is not an excuse for you to break them. Sometimes, it's best to read the rules before you act upon your actions.



You chose to post a gore site link in the chat for the entire server to see. Hence, you broke our gore rule. I did not ban you for advertising. I banned you for posting gore link in the chat. Even if you said the site on the mic, you can be banned for it.

Moving on, I do not have to warn you.


Nowhere does it says in the rules that the first offense is a warning.

Let's move on to the final part.
The only time I have a remote interaction with you besides playing the game is this report out of three reports coming from the previous map, which I did not slay you because the report was deemed invalid.

If I really wanted to target you, I could've abused my power or break rules from the very start.

As for the ban appeal, I did not see the need to accept it as you intentionally posted it in the chat for the entire server to see regardless of the fact of whether you knew about the rules in regards to the gore contents or not. Furthermore, you did it again in your ban appeal, which tells me that you have not learn from the ban at all.

As for the evidence in regards to the gore ban, I sent it to my admin to review it. However, I believe everything here should also suffice because you self implicated by saying that you posted the website in-game.

Now, to start with your first point: linking to a gore site is a direct violation of our rules that you can see when you first join the server.
Underlining the fact that the rule is clearly stated on the page before you join and since linking to such a site is a severe breach of our rules, the staff team does not have to warn and can instantly ban for such offenses.
may I also note that afterwards you linked to the site several more times in your appeal and your report against Yuuki, which illustrates it was no mere mistake.

Because you also noted that you feel like every step that you take is another mistake to Yuuki, or the so called targeting: I don't see any evidence that you got caught in the undertow, as the only report on you was deemed invalid which means you didn't get slain for it and from the evidence provided I can't see any other instance where you could feel targeted.
