Reason For Report:

I was warned one time by toest to change my name by the end of a round to something different when there is no rule that states mods have the power to do this, when i didnt change my name i was kicked by Toest. When i reconnected to the server i was banned for 24hrs in less than a round for refusal to change my name when i repeatedly asked to be linked to a rule which states that mods have the authority to kick and BAN players for a name they find offensive.​

To address this point of the report I will give some evidence.
First you joined the server with the name AbusiveMcToest, which I deemed harassment and asked you to change it. You then changed it to pleasechangeyournameitsoffensive

I then kicked you because, again, I deemed this harassment.
You then joined back with the name TriggerHappyToastAbuse

 

did you ever think the reason i had my name as all of those things is because theyre all true? you have now banned me from 2 servers for a rule that isnt even clearly stated in the motd nor the extended rules and until you can link me a rule directly stating you have the authority to ban based on a name offending you im gonna continue to disregard that rule. Aditionally id really like to see you explain in what way the name "pleasechangeyournameitsoffensive" is harrassment, i literally dont see anything wrong with that name.

I am going to refer you back to this thread (your appeal) where I gave very clear instructions on what you should do if this situation arises again! I do not think you were joking and if you were you should have realized that the joke was over after I asked you multiple times to stop. Maybe the problem isn't me but the disregard you show for this extremely simple rule.

This thread is going to be considered valid. Following a recent ruling by falcor, your name is fine. However, the second instance you were banned for was because you changed your name to harass Toest. He was well within his right to ask you to change your name.

Most of this report is on me, as I never explained to toest how your name could possibly be inappropriate, for that I apologize. The first ban has already been voided, the second will persist on your record.
