Invalid Report against the trashman

    So @Canceled Fish was on shoutbox the other morning asking for staff because there was a load of rdm, so i joined to see what was up and sure enough every round was essentially a death match because two people had been calling false koses over and over and getting people killed. So I asked for staff too, and a map passed and still no staff were around, and the two people were not karma banned because they would leave and come back when they got down to like 700 karma.

    So I started encouraging people to kill the troublemakers in chat, which we did. I've done this before; since SGM staff are amazing at doing their job poorly, I have to take the karma weight and kill the rdmers sometimes.

    Anyways, Aspiringsun joins and immediately sides with 'them', and says that I'M the one calling false koses now, despite the fact that the original two were still on causing trouble. Aspiringsun kills me on their koses and ignores mine, and I report him a bunch.

    Eventually after 30 or so minutes of this, The Trashman finally joins and instead of banning anyone, he fucking slays me once and then goes into spectate mode for 20+ minutes. The two guys leave, get away with it and are never banned, AspiringSun prop kills afks while trashman is AFK, I report him for this like 4+ times as he kills people, and what does Trashman do?

    He marks all of my reports as "complete", back to back. I get the notifications for it on the side of the screen. Completed, completed, completed.

    Did Trashman even fucking look at the logs for my reports? Thats WHY I KEPT REPORTING ASPIRING, Because it takes a time stamp of the goddamn logs of the round of the report. But apparently Trashman doesn't understand that, and he didn't do anything, and then he lied on my report against aspiring on forums saying that "All of your reports on Aspiring were either invalid because (the innocents Aspiring killed) didn't report him, or he was slain for it"​
    Evidence And/Or Witnesses:
    Literally none, I just have the eyewitness of @Canceled Fish and @KnightDmG i think was the other guy. I also Remember skyking was on but he's mentally incapable of adding useful information​

    We don't encourage members of the server to cause people to rdm other rdmers it causes problems and it gets them in trouble. The false ban is not false since there is evidence that you kosed 3 people pre round and then killed one. Instead of recording it and then reporting them on the forums.     And just because a mod/admin is in spectator mode doesnt mean they are afk I explained to you why I was afk when you asked especially while there are 20+ reports waiting to be done we are allowed to sit out rounds to get them completed.
    I have no further comment and will let lordy know anything they need to know and they can finish it out

    + The guy who Trashman didnt ban for harassment + False koses that day? He's on right now and he's doing it again lmfao. See, this is why it's so funny to me, you guys just cant admit when you're wrong and the staff team continues to get more and more terrible.

    Vigilantism is not permitted on our servers.

    This case was brought to me by Trash and despite your pms saying I ordered the ban, we talked and worked through it together so that Trash is more efficient at handling them alone.
    We investigated screenshots, logs, reports and the forums reports and decided that there was no reason to not ban you for the Mass RDM we found particularly after you admitted to targetting and RDMing players. Your ban was not false.
    You outright admitted to this harassment of players through False KOSes and RDM in PM to me as a tangent to telling me to resign for being involved with the report against you for RDMing and False KOSing people.
    In your report against AspiringSun insufficient evidence was presented for any form of punishment except harassment, for which Aspiring was warned. We attempted to find more evidence to no avail and thus Trash marked your report invalid. He had joined after any False KOSes you reported had been called and thus had no way to verify them; since you did not provide any evidence of them in your report, the report was deemed Word Vs Word => Invalid.
    Trashman is also known to go into spectator mode to handle reports. This is not advisable, not for any actual reasons, because it can get boring, nothing wrong with doing so if they choose. Most reports from previous maps or from before a mod joins will be invalid due to most reasoning being DS or KOS based etc, and it's little to be expected for a swathe of old reports to be marked such, that drumbeat isn't a personal attack to hear, just an aggravation a mod didn't arrive sooner.

    I'd also like to use this an opportunity to give an official warning to you to cease from harassing players and staff alike. We will take on any criticism to how we operate, some of it's more valuable hence our suggestion threads have many a debate for that, but calling staff n*ggers and demanding they resign because they disagree with you is of no value to anyone. In recent weeks your behaviour has accelerated towards bullying and blackmail and regardless who it is towards we will not tolerate it. You received an informal and polite warning from wink to cease just over a week ago. You have taken the mention of your toxic history being a reason as to why we will have to increase punishment for future cases as evidence of bias against you. This is not the case, you are treated equally in all matters from reports to gameplay, and when you continue the toxic behaviour the punishment is escalated as you were warned previously on numerous occasions.

    You have not, are not, and will not receive special treatment, this is simply the protocol for repeated rule-breaking. Hell, even I have warnings to cease from behaviour and a 5D gban to show I didn't listen and the punishment was increased.

    Borderline blackmail cases refer to information in staff chat over the past 3 weeks to which Teroxa has been made aware.

    The following were contributed in the past day or so as observations of your hostility and your attempts at demeaning and harassing staff. Our staff have strong backbones and your remarks have done little to phase them, they are however, still humans and treating them with contempt and attempting to degrade them is unacceptable:

    It has been pointed out to me that I forgot to include the non-staff based harassment evidence some of the report based screenshot. What’s included is ample for now and I shall add the rest tomorrow.
