Unless you have a recording of the voice chat he's responding to, the screenshot in and of itself is not enough to ban them for ghosting.

You were asked if you had a recording of you asking the question to prove that sea plus was in fact ghosting. Instead of encouraging unneeded responses you should've responded to Woet stating you do not so we can get closer to finishing this report. Unless you have anything else to add that proves he was ghosting, that screenshot alone isn't enough.

 

If you were banned without any evidence, I suggest you appeal.
