Reason For Report:

I was asked by QSO beasty to change my name repeatedly. Because there is no rule in the motd that states the mods have the authority to force someone to change their name because it offends them I didnt. I was then kicked and forced to change my name because apparently there is a "Hidden rule" which allows mods to do this personally I think Beasty needs to be demodded because it is not the job of a mod to create rules, rather enforce the ones that are already clearly stated in the motd. Id also like to add that ive been playing this server consistiently for around 2 months and nobody has ever had a problem with my name until now.​

RIght i totally forgot to say that pacifist also defended his mods shit actions when i confronted him about it

 

Cucky, you may not have been on this server long enough to know that if a name offends someone or is inappropriate mods can and most likely will ask you to change it. They can't force this but if you fail to comply they will kick you. If you come back without changing your name you may receive a ban. It's not a "hidden rule" as there are none, it's just a rule that ties into other rules. Ok i asked you to change your name because of the problem that what if a child that is living with their parents and they aren't able to say curse words. That would inhibit their ability to call a vocal kos on you.

I will be marking this report as invalid. I supported QSO's decision here, and even gave him the go ahead to kick you as you clearly refused to change your name. The rule is stated below this post as to the reasoning of why your name is not allowed. CDriscoll (who was a lead administrator) clarifies in the extended rules (found here) that any player with a name that is deemed inappropriate may be asked to change their name. If that player refuses further punishment will be taken. In this instance QSO approached me wondering if he could make you change your name, I said yes as at the time I felt it was not appropriate for the server. QSO then did as he said he was going to.
