I asked the admins and they said to warn give some time, then ban. But Lordy changed his spray before I could talk to him about it.

Tagging @LordyHGM if he wants to give anything.

 

Can you post the screenshot of the spray, because it isn't porn right?

Why would you warn if it showed a dick? You don't warn for porn sprays.

 

It wasn't showing any genitals whatsoever. However, the spray was pretty suggestive and as a result, I found it more appropriate to warn for it first over giving an immediate ban. Panda and Penguin requested for discretion to warn for it first and I granted it. If the player failed to change it, then it would be a ban.

Punishments are subject to change under an admin's discretion. As I am an admin, I chose to use my discretion to give a warning over banning immediately for this spray first.

 

It's kinda crazy how this user who had the spray got a warning but when I had this spray, Edited by an admin. I got banned instantly.

 

Some mods take things differently.

 

I will lock this up til I can respond to this report later this evening. I have also edited your post to remove the spray that you'll banned for.

I will not be saying much on this other than my moderator @Spoopy Penguin did nothing wrong here. He clearly got discretion from @Guilty to warn for the spray first rather than immediately ban. Some mods react different to sprays, you as a former staff member should know. There really isn't much else to add to this. If you have any more questions, feel free to message me over steam or in a forums conversation.
