Reason For Report:

I saw an unidentified detective body and I killed a player who would've been able to see the body if he was aware of his surroundings but did not attempt to identify the body.​

Here's the death scene:

Pokeben was facing the opposite direction, and far enough from the un ID'd body (that you ID'd right at the beginning of the death scene) that I considered the kill to be RDM.

Here's what our extended rules say about un ID'd bodies:

The rules state being "near" an unidentified body and not actively trying to identify it is traitorous. Unfortunately "near" doesn't provide me with an exact definition of how far away an unidentified body should be from a player for it to be traitorous for them not to actively try to ID it. I recalled being in an almost identical situation a few months ago with my original admin, who had told me that it was RDM when the body was about the same distance away and the player wasn't facing it. These were all the resources I used to come to my conclusion on that report and issue you a slay.

In the screenshot above, the player on top of the trashcan has committed a traitorous act. If the distance of the unidentified body in that report is considered close enough to be traitorous, then I believe the distance in my report is traitorous.

So i'll be blunt and straight to the point, I'll be marking this report valid on my moderator as yes you are right if the player was able to turn he would of seen the unid'd body, However your kill was extremely borderline in this scenario, as which in turn please refrain from making borderline kills like this in the future, Also please refrain from provoking or harassing the moderators in question after making a report as this is petty behaviour and it's already being taken to the forums to be resolved civilised in the first place.
