Reason For Report:

I was checking server lists, when I saw a name I recognized, because I have gotten him banned for no recoil 2 or 3 times. So I hopped on to check if he had stopped hacking. He hadnt.

Demo should show him Using 2 weapons that has High recoil, and fire with no recoil at all as well as later in the Demo, him telling me in voice to stop spectating him, though I joined the server in spectator mode. Before he left in anger.​
