First of all, let's address the old rust thread and why that doesn't apply across the entire forums. First of all, it directly contradicts the porn rule on the forums. The staff members at the time probably figured it was better to allow it rather than to disallow it, or perhaps they were not paying too close attention. Either way, all images containing nudity in that thread have been removed to comply with the forum rules.

Second of all, the nudity that was presented in your thread would not have fallen under the Rust nudity rule in the first place, as it was a thread rule not a forum wide rule. If it was a forum wide rule we would have updated the porn rule to say "unless you mean rust nudity". We did not do that. So as much as it is nice to say "well it was allowed here, how come it can't also be allowed here" but the simple fact of the matter is that forum guidelines vary depending on the sub forums and their respective threads. This is why you aren't allowed to post in reports you aren't involved with in one forum, but then in another you are able to contribute to discussions you were not apart of. The fact that I even have to explain this to someone who has been a lead admin, not once, but twice, is incredibly embarrassing.

Third of all, you had no reason to post the image that you posted. The thread itself was created by you so that people could share their genders, and avatars, but you could have censored it. Either after the fact, or in game by changing a setting. You made a conscious choice to post an uncensored image of a naked girl. This is as blatant as it gets, and I have no interest in playing games here.

I believe that Lordy has done nothing wrong in this case by giving you a warning and removing the image. Whether or not Jabba was correct to ban is beyond me, I told him that if he had to ban someone on the forums for nudity that he should follow the in game protocol.

I will tag @Highwon if he does have something he wants to say on this matter, but as far as I am concerned this is would be invalid against all parties.

So I would like to add on winks part because he is banned and can’t do so himself, and he reached out to me. You guys have made it pretty clear that you don’t believe the other thread allowing rust nudity is relevant at all. Highwon will ultimately be the one to make the decision on that. But, I am concerned why jabba decided to jump the gun and prematurely ban wink for such a small instance after he had already been dealt with. Lordy is a pretty capable admin, and she had already handled the post by warning and deleting the image. Wink even had time to disagree with such action and report it, THEN he was banned by jabba. Jabba shouldn’t have banned wink for this as he is double punishing a member of the community for one thing he did. Not only that, the image itself was such a minor case of of pornographic content that came from a meager misunderstanding that it would be extremely anal, and in my opinion in the wrong to go in and place a ban on him after Lordy dealt with it. Not only does it show that jabba is ban happy, but that he has no care for what the staff members under him do punishment wise. I don’t really care about the rust nudity part of this. My issue lies with the way jabba handled this.
