Failing to ban for RDM and leave

claims he isn't banning because amount of time it took him to handle report
so basically guy gets away with it because mod is slow?

also the guy left very soon after, during same round, and was even handled the same round looking at console..

also just to note to help him improve but didn't record-
I witness not handling mic spam
and also removing slays when banning (not procedure as far as I know)
Replying to @ message in regards to report in public chat instead of !p

    Hi temar!

I just wanted to say that during that round, there were lots of reports.
I was trying to get through all of them, since their were many others where I was looking through logs and death scene for a bit.
In my opinion, I would have found it unfair to ban him since I was busy handling the many other reports during that map, so therefore I gave him the slay and let him off.

My moderator felt, incorrectly, that leniency was due in this case. After going over the situation with him, he was coming from a honest and healthy mindset on things that he inconvenienced the player unfairly by taking too long to handle a granted report. After reviewing the logistics of the report, we found it was best to both revert the ban back to protocol standard, and talk over the situation and how should of been handled on his behalf.
