According to Jackie and his crew I'm being punished for taking the wrong side in some war I had never even heard of before between them and emptysnake. That means they have to pay Lethal and maybe others to destroy my pyramid (96x96, never claimed) and later my house (temporarily partially unclaimed), spending multiple in-game days tearing everything around me down and opening me up to attacks, forcing me to move so I don't get killed or robbed by these players or mobs, even though I'm sure they'll find me again and wait for another opportunity.

When Jackie came on they figured they'd taunt me to the tune of "heard you were building a pyramid, let me see it, what happened to it?" knowing full well they had it torn down for no reason other than to bother me. Lethal admitted in chat that they were being paid $50000 in-game money to provide proof of my house being demolished, hopefully there's chat logs of all this.

I don't know if this falls neatly under the harassment rules as technically they only destroyed unclaimed blocks but the intent is clear, they're trying to ruin my game experience for some personal vendetta only known to them.

I'd also like to add that devs have clarified that unclaimed land is fair game, but I feel like purposefully destroying someones base not because you need the materials, but because of what they said is close to harassment.

(NOTE) The end of this first spoiler is when I abandoned part of my house. The pyramid is right by the house and had been destroyed by them long before, and no one was in the area at this point. Lethal is lying in his reply, they didn't just happen upon it unclaimed, they came back at least once looking for something to do to me and my space.

yeah there is more to this also sadly wasnt SSing but at the be gaining we had came across the pyramid while flying around noticed it wasnt claimed so we took it over assuming it was noones land since it wasnt claim then we noticed later on that the house wasnt claimed... so we started to take it down once we noticed it was his (he only had a quarter of it claimed for some reason) we had done much damage so we continued later on a player told us he was with EmptySnake(A player who has been pestering us and doing things like this to us for a long time) since we found out that he was with emptysnake(to our understanding) since this is a pvp survival environment we did what we could to defeat the competition and the being paid thing was just a random thing i said you can check my /balance. The following SS are of harassment they had done to us using foul language and it also shows both sides of the conversation. In kemals logs he did not show him calling both jackie and I "bitch boi" even though he was asked not to and tried cover himself and only wanted to show bad on us.

The argument between you and me is a seperate incident which doesn't involve silverdill. I was responding to your shit talking. If you feel like I went too far make a seperate report against me and I'll post the full logs surrounding that incident.

There's a couple things that are brought up here that I'll address.

First, I'll get the easy one out of the way.

I agree that this was too far, and you will be issued an in-game warning for as this currently falls under harassment in the rules.. Thank you for the understanding.

I do agree that this was also to far and Kemal will also receive an in-game warning for the same reasons stated above.

Now. The home/pyramid destruction.

Currently in the rules, the only thing you're protected against is a player using some type of game mechanism to damage or affect a claimed build. It is your responsibility to make sure that your buildings are protected by properly claiming them, and to make sure your claims are built in a way where you're protected from PvP. If you don't have enough claim blocks, some players have gone as far to building in obscure areas until they have enough game-time to accumulate a large amount of blocks for a larger build. What LethalFrogger, and JackieTheWolf did was within the current rule set. Even in the context of the chat, I don't see anything that could stretch this to be considered harassment from the two players.
