This individual is using a spray of a female (her face is not showing, but this is obvious by the vagina that is displayed on the image. Excuse me if I am assuming her gender), shoving a copious amount of sharpies in her anus. She doesn't seem very successful at inserting them completely, but the number of sharpies is impressive, and for even more flair, she did use various colors.​
