For the record, the actions taken may or may not be legitimate, however the amount I have been targeted by this mod I feel is a bit unprofessional. I have had issues with this mod in the past when they RDMed as a TMod and tried to get away with it: https://www.seriousgmod.com/threads/report-against-lion.50780/
(There is no explaination for the first kill AKA him shooting a D while the second reason is legit and I was slain).

While this report is not about that event, that is where I first interacted with him and since then Up My Dime/Frosty the Gamer has been nothing but hostile, rude and condescending to me.​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

Lets start with this screenshot. I had killed someone on sus because a T Door was opened and standing behind it was a player, so I killed him for opening the door (which was bad on my part, no excuse). However, instead of slaying me and saying it was kill on sus in the slay reasoning, he decides to DM me.

Now I understand that while it is incredibly unusual for this to happen, it is not against Mod protocol. I did however state how it made me uncomfortable and told him that he could have just explained as he slayed me. And then, he replied after the map had switched...

In any case, not against Mod protocol, no biggie, right?...

Moving on to the next day, I got reported 3 times by him for "RDM" because I was propkilling KOSed people (once I did RDM someone). However, he decided to slay me without giving me evidence when I requested it and he even added a slay to me without a reason. Don't believe me?

In the end I served 1 legit slay and 1 illegitimate slay, but oh well, it's over. No biggie, right?...

Moving on to Roy the Ship, where I had gone afk for a minute to get some water. When I came back, I watched an inno kill me for apparently no reason. As I am reporting the user, he asks me to respond to him if I am AFK or not, but I can't until I finish making my report which was only going to take a max of a minute. Not 20 seconds later, I am put into spec mode. (Keep in mind I was already dead, so me being AFK or not would not have been an issue. Also note it is far from overtime, just over 4 minutes at the time of the screenshot. Being dead and 4 minutes from overtime should not have warranted a kick to spec mode):

I can't find a sarcastic response to why this was legit, someone find one for me. But hey, no biggie, right?...

Moving on to the Traitor Museum map, Voyager1 is KOSed by a player. I don't know why or by who, but I decide to follow through with it, using a prop. I get reported (and harassed), but I don't check the report until the round has ended, where it automatically pops up because I am not going to risk getting killed because I responded immediately.

Please not that I have done this many times and so have other users. As far as I know, waiting until the end of the round has never been an issue, and I certainly did not know that a fun round was next. However, Up My Dime/Frosty the Gamer decided to make his own judgement and...:

Um, I'm sorry, what?! I had 15 seconds to reply (because of the reason explained above) and screenshot, but he decides to tell me to not avoid getting slain on a fun round? Seriously? Not to mention he did nothing about Voyager1 calling me a degenerate, but he also added a slay to me for RDM?!? Are you shitting me??

I gave a 100% honest to god response but instead of checking his evidence (which you will see later was non-existent), he slays me. He had no proof and therefore no right to slay me. I am slain and he dies later. While we are waiting for the round to end, I start asking for his proof as to why he slayed me when I know I was in the right. After about 2 minutes of getting increasingly agitated to a point where my voice is raised when he didn't respond when I asked for evidence, this happened:

Ok, lets dissect what's wrong here. First off, his first message is "Fine," like this is a chore or like it's so hard for him to do this. Sorry you just got exposed for an illegitimate slay. Second, he asks for demos or recordings of the KOS.

Wait.

So if he doesn't have recordings or demos, how does he know the KOS was false and therefore RDM? Anyways, moving on to the rest of the convo (that is ended before I have a chance to respond):

He THINKS he has a demo. That's great, except for one slight issue.

HE WASN'T ON AT THE TIME OF THE KOS OR WHEN I KILLED VOYAGER.

Before ending the chat and not giving me the chance to respond, he threatens me by saying: "If I find out you are lying Furry, there will be consequence." He spends another 2-5 minutes on the server until...

In any case, I believe I have shown and proven that this Moderator has shown an increase in targeting, abuse and agitation towards me. I know I can be an annoying prick most of the time, but that doesn't excuse a Mod from lashing out like this. I want to reiterate that Up My Dime/Frosty the Gamer has a history of RDMing and mod abuse while he is a TMod/Mod.

While I understand that SeriousTTT is scraping the bottom of the barrel for new mods and rushing it through, this kind of behavior should not be ok for anyone (although it has not been uncommon in this server's history), especially that of new mods.

As a side note, I was not aware that Up My Dime was the same user as Frosty the Gamer until 12/12/18 around 8:50 PM PST, I had my suspicions but they were not confirmed until after this had all transpired:

As a member of this community and an active player, I am trying to look out for myself and my fellow users. I know it is up to the admins, but in my own personal opinion, I believe Frosty needs a little more training, and TMods who have been active in stopping harassment, handling reports and etc. should be promoted to Mod (one such TMod is Glyph who has been incredibly fair and very good at enforcing rules despite being a TMod).

Thanks for reading my report. Even if the Admins decide to do nothing (which wouldn't be much of a surprise), I just want to give everyone (not just the mods, players too) that if you try to abuse or harass me and you do it enough, expect to have evidence taken and get snitched on. I will not be taking any BS today, no sir.

I've been sure to look over this report against me and have talked with my administrator about these items. While I think there were miscommunications between how you interpreted some of these situations, on my side I may not have clarified some of the situations in-game enough to your liking, which I should have. I apologize for those micommunications. My administrator will respond shortly with his findings in conclusions.
