Reason For Report:

Event banned me and didn't unban me while he accidently banned me from the Shoutbox... He tried to delete an Image I posted that was my mom infact I even said it... It was just her face. There is no rule stating I cannot post a picture of my family. In fact event horizon has posted a picture of her wife and him together... What staff can make up their own rules now?

And darktooth threatened me by saying and in short "Keep going like this angel and you see what happens", I believe it was something like that." - After I posted a face picture of my mom.

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

A lot of people in the Shoutbox can't remember name but 1 of them was Adam, Mangotango and some more people. I would gather evidence, but I cannot view the Shoutbox I even added /Shoutbox after .com and it said I don't have permission to view... Maybe fix that yeah, thanks...

I'd like to tag @Highwon As he is the owner and I'm reporting a lead admin. I'd like him to handle it. As he might be the only the only fair one here. Not saying there aren't fair staffs... Carned was mostly fair and thorn and Phoenix nelson is a nice guy and nena is quite fair too. Highwons word is usually the only one I'l accept.​

 

I was going to ban you anyways. You kept spamming it and posting suggestive topics, something we do not allow in our Shoutbox.

 

Just... NO. Please. No. I was a witness and I can testify that you were spamming with sexual things. I totally agree with Event's decision to ban you.

 

You kept on talking about inappropriate content (ranging from your "sex life" to having an adult section on the forums) DESPITE being warned several by myself, @MangoTango, @Disruptionz , @Darktooth , @Sinz , etc. You were warned for it and yet you decided to act like a child and talk about it anyways. Event Horizon was right about your punishment and frankly put, you had it coming.

Trolling isn't tolerated on the forums and what you did is classified as trolling.

 

I had a warning and I stopped... Then I posted a picture of my mom and I got banned... He claims he accidently banned me, but never bothered to unban me. He says he wanted to delete the picture I posted of my mom. And I was not spamming... Fix your facts.

And more lies... "I was spamming with sexual things" Mhmmk I said literally 1 or 2 things that was sexually related and then stopped. Not even pictures mate... Again, I would get evidence if I was somehow still able to view the Shoutbox but now I cannot.... So I can't prove that you are lying also event is lying... But maybe some honest witnesses might wanna say what happend...

 

Wow, that's actually quite a fun lie... "I kept spamming it" Mhmm are you like really lying? Because I Cannot gather evidence of it? Wow... You know being a lead admin doesn't change the fact you still have to follow the rules and usually Lying in the courthouse should get you instantly demoted.

And I have noooo idea what you mean with Suggestive topics... If it's something like starting about something new then that's bullshit.

 

If he didn't bother to unban you, how are you making an appeal right now?

You were indeed talking about rather...suggestive topics previously. You had kept posting in shoutbox quite a bit, and were asked NUMEROUS times by Sinz, DarkTooth, even Disruptionz at one point. While posting a picture of your mother like the one in OP isn't in any way suggesting towards an inappropriate nature, he was probably just playing it safe. Also Guilty, he's able to make an appeal because it was a SHOUTBOX ban. Not an all-out forum ban.

EDIT: Also, I was in Shoutbox so I'm technically a witness as you could probably assume from the way this is typed.

Okay I'm kind of getting tired for saying it the third time is it just me or do staff not read what you say and just reply what they saw? Third and last time I said 1-2 inappropriate stuff then stopped... Posted a picture of my mom and Event accidently banned me then didn't remove the ban. While he was actually just trying to remove my moms picture for some reason.

You had continued to spam shoutbox with inappropriate comments and images. Event after being warned by plenty of staff members and other members of the community. You may have stopped with the inappropriate comments, which I was told had continued for a while despite warnings from mods and other community members, but you continued with spamming pictures; trolling the shoutbox and making it hard for players to have a legitimate conversation.

You earned your ban.

You posted 3 images. Apparently you forgot about the picture of the cake or whatever it was.

It's odd that so many people are wrong on this matter, but you are right. These individuals that witnessed you have enough integrity to not make things up just to get someone banned from the shout box.

I suggest you take this time off, reflect on your actions, and return with a change in attitude. We don't like to lose members of the community, so we try to keep everyone's experience here pleasant, including yours. However, when one community member is ruining the experience of the other members, it is much easier to remove a single member than the ones that being up the issue.

I would much rather lose one troll member of the community to enhance the experience of other members that bring something of value to Serious TTT.

I highly doubt I did Maximum Disruption as I just was talking and didn't mean to disrupt anybody. I've always used the Shoutbox and nobody made a big deal of it until now. Never did actually start a Argument besides the adult section suggestion. Besides, I'd also like to state a fact for Highwon When installing steam it asks you to check a box saying "I verify that I'm at least 13 of age" - At this age you should know what Pornographic stuff and you should've learned about it in school.

 

I'm not stating that you have no value here. I am stating that there are other members that you were disrupting with your posts that have proven to show more value. However, I have my testimony to this report. I will let the designated staff members handle this.
