I had just finished talking to my admin about it, and discussed that I have to fix it. Although currently i am out grabbing late dinner because of work, I have finished and fixed the report.

 

Ah alright. From my perspective, it just seemed that you denied it since the pre-fix was set to denied without any evidence. Sorry to trouble you, have a great meal at Dennys.
