RDM across multiple rounds with grenades, adds up to 4 counts.​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

Screenshots are in order of occurrence. The first and second counts of RDM occurred on the same round, one was a kill on me with a frag and the other incendiary damage to a different player. The third count happened the round or two after that, which was incendiary damage to me. The 4th count was the 1st round of Terror Train which looks like a discombob off the train.
