I've just about concluded my investigation. I've only got Blu on three counts of RDM, spread out between you and someone else. Unfortunately, that isn't enough to say it was targeted RDM.
Player has been banned for Mass RDM.

One more thing: if possible, can you provide any additional evidence you may have? It could help confirm the targeted RDM.
