Completed Report against Blackwulf

I'll handle this Shortly. I'm just Asking for some opinions on part of this.

 

Right So,
I've checked through the logs for the Period of time stated and gathered as much information as possible.
For the First Link, No information can realistically be gained. Nothing in the logs looked like RDM related to this screenshot.
I'm not willing to accept the Second Link either. A Variety of things could of lead up to this point in time including you being Kos'd.
For both the third and fourth links, Clear RDM Occurs.
After Discussing the report with an admin, we do not feel there is enough evidence to determine that the player was targeting you.

For this the User Will Serve two Slays.
